What is your jewellery made of?
It varies by design gold-plated brass, stainless steel and shell pearl are the most common. The material is listed on every product page, and most pieces carry an anti-tarnish finish.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Our anti tarnish pieces are sealed to resist discolouration with normal wear. Keep them away from perfume, lotion and water, and store them dry, and they will stay bright far longer.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
No. All orders are prepaid through Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹2,999, and a flat ₹79 below that. Orders are dispatched from our Delhi warehouse within 24 to 48 hours and typically reach you in 4 to 7 days.
Can I return a piece?
Yes. Return any unworn piece within 7 days of delivery in its original packaging. Write to care@fashiondazzler.in and we will arrange the pickup.
